Your role will be to grow the Smile Kombucha brand, acting as a dedicated brand ambassador. You should be entrepreneurial, organized, and have a knack for building and maintaining long-lasting customer relationships. A happy spirit, high energy levels, and a positive mindset are essential!

Responsibilities

✅ Grow and elevate the Smile Kombucha brand.

✅ Responsible for sales, coverage, and distribution across various customer channels (retail, organic stores, bars, and restaurants).

✅ Increase product visibility and expand our presence with your customers.

✅ Implement local strategies to create growth opportunities.

✅ Build strong, ongoing relationships with existing customers and actively seek new leads.

✅ Provide regular feedback and reports to the team.

Collaborate with marketing to drive brand awareness.

Skills

✅ Sales passion and experience (we value enthusiasm and potential as much as experience).

✅ Excellent communication skills and a great listener.

✅ Entrepreneurial, result-driven, and organized.

✅ Energetic and enthusiastic with a positive attitude.

✅ Ability to drive and transport products as needed.

✅ Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus.
